ERW Welded Tube Mill
ERW welded tube mill is designed to roll steel strips continuously to produce straight seam welded tubes or pipes which is used to produce structure pipes of circular, square and rectangular tube such as threading pipe, scaffold pipe, bicycle tube, fitness equipment pipe, pile pipe in highway, low and medium pressure fluid pipe such as water pipe, heating pipe etc, as well as automobile tube, boiling pipe, roller carrier pipe etc high precision welded pipe.
The production flow of ERW welded tube mill :
Steel coils -- Coil loading -- Uncoiler --Shear & Welder -- storing accumulator -- forming -- HF welding -- Burr removing -- Polishing -- Cooling -- Sizing -- Rough straightening -- flying cutting saw -- Inspecting & Collecting -- Packaging -- Storing
The shear& welder is used for the shearing of the irregular parts in the head and the tail of the two belt coil, and the fulfilling out of butt welding . Using pneumatic (or hydraulic)shearing, with semi-auto argon arc welding.
There mechanical double-cone uncoiler and pneumatic double-cone uncoiler , also hydraulic single cone uncoiler and hydraulic double-cone uncoiler also available in our factory. The ERW pipe mill uncoiler is used for the alternative feeding of steel strip. Using double-station mechanical or hydraulic tensioning, with 360°rotary, while one cone online and the other standby.
For material storage, we also have professional devices for this function. In order to realize the function of storing a certain steel strip to supply the main forming & sizing pipe mill and ensure the continuous steel pipe production. We developed many kinds of storage device , like cage type storage, horizontal spiral accumulator, landing spiral accumulator etc .

Besides the straight seam welded pipe production line, we also provide all kinds of matching rollers. Those rollers are made of Cr12 and Cr12MoV.Technologies including vacuum heat treatment,cryogenic cooling and surface oxidation guarantee the high precision and long durability of the rollers. Their service life is increased by over 50% compared to traditional products.
