Model KZ32B Combination pneumatic strapping tool belong to buckle strapping tool. Applicable to strips with general strapping strength and high strapping strength. The machine operate tensioning, buckling and cutting in one go, shorten the packing time, making the packing more efficient and standard and firm. The machine equipped with feed wheel aerodynamic lifting function, more convenient to operate.
The pneumatic strapping machine is widely used in the strapping and packing of plate materials, profile, pipes, steel bar and irregular face materials in metal and non-ferrous metal industry etc.

1. Air compressor
   Take one set KZ32B combination pneumatic strapping tool need at least 16.6L/S (1m³/min)displacement capacity, and the strapping force raise with the pressure, working pressure among 0.49~0.63MPa (5~6kg/cm²)
2. Balance crane and hanging bracket

3. Compressed air should entry the strapping tool through globe valve, air filter and oil separator

4. Pipeline

The inner diameter of rubber tube which linked to the strapping tool should be 10mm, ideal length within 5 meter. The inner diameter of side tube separated from the main pipe of the air resource should not smaller than 15mm.

Proudct Operation

1. Penetration of the strap

Thread strap through a seal, then circle bundle and thread strap through seal and fold the initial end upside down by hand. Seeing the picture below . The fold length is around 50-70mm. Strain the strap by hand and place the seal near the packing position.

2. Insertion of the strap

Insert the strap into the space between the gripper foot and the feed wheel. Refer to picture below

3. Strap tensioning

Press the tensioning switch,valve core pushed,pneumatic motor rotate, feed wheel start working . Hands off after the tension switch pushed in place, and the feed wheel tension the strap automatic until the strap stained, then the pneumatic motor stop.

4. Block the seal and cut off the strap

Press the seal switch, valve core pushed, complete blocking the seal and cutting off the strap. Release the switch, and the machine go back to the original condition.

5. If stop operation is needed during tensioning the strap. Turn the reset handle, then the machine back to original position.
