Audited Supplier Accumulator for ERW pipe production line
The accumulator(steel strip storing device) is used to store the steel strip material before it is delivered to the forming section of the pipe making machine, which ensure that the mill line can produce continuously. There are cage type accumulator and horizontal spiral type accumulator.
Compared with horizontal accumulator, the cage type accumulator is cheaper. But the horizontal type can protect the steel surface from scratches,but its price is little higher.
The coil accumulator is used between shearing butt welder and the host of welded pipe production line ,Before its role is in a roll of steel strip are used up, one roll strip under the preparation from uncoiling, shearing and butt welding time to ensure that the host of the continuous production and store enough steel strip.
Accumulator composition: it is mainly composed of clip feeding device, looper body assembly, discharging device and electrical control device.
