The solid state HF welder is our company's scientific research personnel relying on the North China Electric Power University scientific research institutions in the absorption of domestic and foreign advanced technology on the basis of the successful development of high-tech products, the main technical parameters of the high frequency welder are in the international advanced level.
The main part of the solid state high frequency welder consists of three parts : transformer, rectifier cabinet and inverter cabinet.

The main circuit structure of our solid state HF welder is similar to that of thyristor, but different from the high frequency of electron tube, its basic principle is as follows:
Ordinary three-phase alternating current (AC) (line voltage 380V, 50HZ) via step-down transformer (line voltage 190V, 50HZ), enter the rectifier cabinet after rectification, voltage regulator, filter into 0~250V adjustable DC, to enter the inverter bridge (high power transistors MOSFET) is a high frequency current. The high frequency current supply load tank circuit can be used in induction heating. Inverter tank circuit power unit adopts modular structure, each pair of power unit can be over 50KW output power. The number of power units used varies with the solid state HF welder power. And the basic structure is the same regardless of the HF welder power. The tank circuit is a series of resonant form, no high voltage and no output transformer.

Our Advantages

The solid state HF welder, rectifier and inverter produced by our company are controlled by microcomputer, and matched with other peripheral devices. All control components are integrated in two circuit boards (rectifier board & inverter board, one for each). On the basis of giving full play to the powerful functions of computer hardware and software, the best regulation of rectification and inverter is realized. Compared with the vacuum tube type high-frequency equipment, it has the following advantages:

1. Good welding quality: It shows that the weld width and heat of the steel pipe are uniform and the inner and outer burrs are less compared with vacuum tube type high-frequency equipment.
2. Energy saving: The test shows that our solid state induction welder is more than 25% energy saving than the same specification of electron tube equipment.
3. Water saving: because of its own small loss, does not need too much cooling water, so the water consumption is more than 50% less than the same specification of vacuum tube equipment.
4. Small size, light weight: because the main power devices (MOSFET) are very small, there is no such as welding transformer, filament voltage regulator, matching coil, gate circuit and other devices, the overall volume is 50% smaller than the same specifications of the tube equipment.
5. Easy to operate: that is you can start and stop the machine as your wishes.There is no need for vacuum tube preheating, and no need to continue cooling after welder shutdown.
6. Use safety: the electronic tube is a high voltage device, working at a high voltage of tens of thousands of volts, and the MOSFET is a low voltage device and works in the equivalent parallel resonance state, the highest voltage peak is not more than one thousand volts, generally will not cause personal injury.

Product Parameters

In the solid state high frequency equipment, the rectifier part is indispensable. Its main function is to convert the three-phase 380V power frequency alternating current provided by the power supply department into direct current. The direct current is used for the input inverter, which is converted into high-frequency current with frequency of hundreds of KHZ by the inverter.
The inverter has strict requirements on the DC output of the rectifier cabinet:
1. The voltage must be adjustable in a wide range, not fixed, and the output power can be adjusted by adjusting the voltage.
2. No matter what value is adjusted to, the voltage must be stable and not pulsating. Voltage instability will make the inverter work unstable and reduce product quality.
3. When the equipment is working, in case of failure, it can quickly reduce the output voltage to 0, cut off the current, reduce or avoid equipment damage.
Therefore, the rectifier cabinet has at least the following three functions: rectifier, voltage regulation, filtering. According to the different ways of realization, the rectifier cabinet is divided into two types: common type and high power factor type.
At present, most of the solid state high-frequency equipment used in the domestic production site adopts the traditional three-phase fully controlled rectifier bridge composed of 6 SCR (thyristor). It has the function of rectification and voltage regulation at the same time, this way in different output voltage waveform is also different:

Product Features

1. Using McS-51 series 89C51 microcontroller as the control core, high integration, powerful function, strong anti-interference ability.
2. With digital synchronous phase locking function, only one synchronization signal can generate six trigger pulses, six SCR equal spacing trigger, greatly reduce the non-characteristic harmonics, and help to improve the three-phase unbalanced state of the power grid
3. Microcomputer trigger pulse signal, microcomputer program design has a nonlinear correction link, so that the output voltage strictly follow the given linear change, not easy to shock, stable output power and high welding quality.
4. Single chip microcomputer control rectifier and inverter coordination, cancel PLC, simplify the circuit, reduce the cost and failure rate, simple maintenance, convenient. Adopt digital display working state, clear and easy.
5. Single loop and double feedback mode is adopted. When working normally, the larger of the two signals, voltage and current, is used as the feedback signal.
